How long until my order is shipped?

We love packaging all your beautiful goodies! Please give us 1-2 business days to ship your order.

How long does shipping usually take?

I neeeeeed it now!! Standard Australia Post usually takes 2-5 business days. If your order is delayed, please allow an extra 5 business days for it to arrive. If it hasn't arrived by then, you will need to get in contact with Australia Post to investigate your order. Once your goodies leave our shop, it's all out of our hands.

How will my order be packed?

All orders will be packaged with the utmost care and sent via Australia Post.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely, we love meeting our customers and welcome you to collect your order instore. Simply select this option at the checkout.

How long until I can pick up my order instore?

Quick & easy! Your pickup order usually takes us anywhere from a few hours to 1 business day for it to be ready to go home with you. Please wait for your ready for pickup email before you come in. Click and collect orders will not be ready before 12pm (noon). 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns if you change your mind. No refunds will be given for any sale items or mystery boxes. In the rare, unfortunate time an order is damaged or broken, please contact us via email (preahkocustomerservice@gmail.com) within 72 hours of receiving your goodies and we can issue a replacement or refund. I've entered the wrong email, home address or name, what do I do?!

Contact us ASAP via email (preahkocustomerservice@gmail.com) and we can fix that for you. Please double check all your info is correct before checking out.

Where the heck is my order?!

We understand that you're eager to get your precious goodies. But please be patient and check your tracking number and order status before stressing.

How will you pick my crystals?

Crystals will all be picked intuitively for you, to ensure the best match for you and your current situation.

Can you gift wrap my order?

All of our orders are shipped out already wrapped and looking pretty so no need to worry! If you're purchasing for someone else and want the prices off or want us to write something to them, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
